Which contact moments do we register?

We register our agreement with you and use the contact moments to improve our communication. The contact moments we save include:

• Letters and e-mails we receive from and send to you
• Telephone calls and chats
• What you do and watch on our websites
• Our contacts via social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
• and personal information you share by downloading content from our website.

Which personal data do we register with your permission:

• First and last name
• Telephone number
• E-mail address
• IP address
• Bank account number
• VAT number
• KvK/company registration number
• Other personal data you supply actively, e.g. by visiting our website, reading e-mail, in correspondence and by telephone.

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information about website visitors younger than 16 without permission from their parents or caretakers. However, we cannot verify whether visitors are older than 16 years of age. We therefore recommend that parents monitor the online activities of their children to prevent data about their children being registered without parental permission. Other personal data

Airins Care analyses your behaviour on the website, in e-mail traffic, newsletters, etc to improve its website and match our product and service offering to your preferences.

Other personal data are obtained via cookies, Pixel (Facebook), and accessing website visit data e-mail statistics.

Airins Care automates its decision-making process by processing automatically obtained data about matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. This involves decisions made by computer programmes or systems without human intervention (e.g. by an Airins Care employee). We use the following computer programmes and/or systems:

Airins Care takes protecting your data seriously and implements suitable measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unauthorised publication, and unauthorised editing of your data.

We have implemented safety measures to prevent loss, illegal use or editing of information we receive on our website.

We save as little customer information as possible and ensure that no highly sensitive personal information is stored in our database unless strictly necessary.

We implement technical and organisational measures to prevent loss or unauthorised processing of data (such as attacks).

Consulting, editing or deleting personal information

You are entitled to consult, correct or delete your personal data. You can do this by clicking the link at the bottom of our e-mails or by sending us a request.

• Object to specific use of your data
• Withdraw your permission
• Transfer your data
• Suspend or limit the use of your data temporarily.

To make sure you are the one submitting the request to consult your data, please attach a copy of your identity document to your request. Redact your portrait, MRZ (machine readable zone, the number strip at the bottom of your passport), passport number, and Burgerservicenummer (BSN or citizen service number) to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible but within four weeks at the latest.
